Product Overview

Pre-milled Ti-blanks compatible with Megagen Anyridge™ are suitable for Megagen Anyridge implant platforms. They are prefabricated titanium substrates for custom abutment fabrication in CAD/CAM digital machining centers. The implant interface at the base of the blank adopts micron-level pre-machining forming technology. Only the upper portion of the blank needs milling to fabricate one-piece custom abutments. It fits restorative scenarios handled by Anyridge for complex bone conditions such as varying bone density and narrow alveolar ridges, supporting multiple restorative protocols including immediate loading and delayed loading.

Product Material

Medical-grade TC4 titanium alloy. Raw material undergoes homogenization treatment with stable grain structure and excellent resistance to cyclic occlusal fatigue. It offers good resistance to saliva corrosion and maintains stable physical and chemical properties in the moist oral environment over the long term.

A variety of blank diameters and milling heights are available, compatible with different platform diameters of the Anyridge system, and suitable for mainstream dental CNC milling machines and various CAD design software on the market.

Scope of Application

Compatible with Megagen Anyridge implant platforms for dental laboratories to digitally mill custom abutments. Suitable for single-tooth and multi-unit fixed bridge restorations. It is especially indicated for complex clinical cases with insufficient bone volume, narrow alveolar ridges and angled implants, supporting anterior aesthetic restoration and posterior immediate loading restoration.
