Product Overview
Pre-milled Ti-blanks compatible with DIO™ are matched to the internal hex interface of the DIO implant system. They are prefabricated titanium substrates specially for digital CAD/CAM milling of custom abutments in dental laboratories. The bottom implant connection interface is pre-manufactured with high precision at the factory. Only the superstructure of the blank needs to be milled during fabrication to produce one-piece custom titanium abutments. It realizes the full digital restoration workflow from intraoral scanning, virtual design to CNC milling to meet various clinical restoration requirements.
Product Material
Medical-grade TC4 titanium alloy with dense and uniform internal microstructure. It features stable mechanical performance, good fatigue resistance and strong corrosion resistance, paired with favorable biocompatibility, meeting the standards for long-term restoration in oral environment.
