Pre-milled Ti-blanks compatible with BB™
Product Overview
Pre-milled Ti-blanks compatible with BB™ match the interface of BB implant platforms. They are prefabricated titanium substrates specially for digital dental CAD/CAM fabrication. The bottom implant connection interface is pre-manufactured with high precision. Only the superstructure needs to be cut during machining. They are used by dental labs to fabricate custom one-piece titanium abutments, supporting the full workflow of digital scanning, design and milling, and compatible with various clinical restorative plans.
Product Material
Medical-grade TC4 titanium alloy with uniform metallographic structure and stable mechanical strength. It features reliable fatigue resistance and satisfies mechanical and biocompatibility requirements for long-term intraoral service.
Main Specifications & Parameters
A variety of blank diameters and milling heights are available, covering different interface models of BB platform, compatible with mainstream dental CNC milling machines and CAD design systems.

Scope of Application
Compatible with BB implant platforms for dental laboratories to fabricate custom abutments via digital milling process. Suitable for single-tooth restorations and multi-unit fixed bridge restorations. It handles routine cases as well as restorative scenarios requiring customized emergence profiles such as angled implant placements.
Product Advantages
Precisely Pre-machined Interface: The implant mating area is precision processed at factory. Technicians do not need to machine the interface, avoiding manual machining deviation, ensuring the fit between abutment and implant and lowering the risk of micro-leakage.
High Adaptability to Digital Machining: Compatible with mainstream dental design software and milling devices on the market. Stable and smooth machining workflow simplifies technicians’ operation and shortens delivery cycle of dental prosthetics.
Excellent Mechanical Properties: TC4 titanium alloy substrate boasts strong toughness and outstanding deformation resistance, maintaining stable performance under complex occlusal conditions in oral cavity.
Comprehensive Size Coverage: A wide selection of sizes to cope with diverse clinical conditions including soft tissue contouring for anterior aesthetics and high occlusal force restoration in posterior region.
High Design Flexibility: Ample milling area reserved to support customized emergence profiles and adjustable screw channel angles, flexibly realizing various personalized restorative designs.
Cost-saving in Machining: Compared with milling from solid titanium blocks, it greatly reduces tool wear, improves lab productivity and cuts consumable expenses.
