DETAILS

Pre-milled Ti-blanks compatible with Anthogyr™

Product Overview

Pre-milled Ti-blanks compatible with Anthogyr™ are adapted to Anthogyr implant platforms. They are prefabricated titanium substrates for custom abutment fabrication in CAD/CAM machining centers. The bottom implant interface is pre-machined. Only the upper part of the blank needs milling to produce one-piece abutments, suitable for diverse clinical restoration scenarios.

Product Material

Medical-grade TC4 titanium alloy with dense and uniform structure. It resists saliva corrosion and occlusal fatigue, and delivers excellent biocompatibility.

Main Specifications & Parameters

Multiple blank diameters and milling heights are available, matching Anthogyr platform interfaces and compatible with mainstream dental milling machines and CAD design software.

Product Advantages

  • Precisely pre-machined interface requires no secondary cutting, ensuring tight contact with the implant and reducing micro-leakage.

  • Reliable positioning indexing enables easy digital alignment, minimizing machining deviation and offering stable finished products.

  • Sufficient milling allowance allows flexible shaping of emergence profiles to accommodate different gingival thicknesses.

  • The blank features stable mechanical performance to bear posterior occlusal loads, ideal for long-term oral restorations.

  • It supports screw channel angle optimization, balancing structural strength and aesthetic requirements for anterior teeth.

  • Simplified machining workflow cuts tool consumption and improves mass production efficiency of dental laboratories.
